Is it really free?
Yes. The free plan has unlimited items, NFC, QR and barcode support, photos, and CSV import/export. No account needed and no expiry. Paid plans unlock extra features but the free plan covers everything most people need.
What is the difference between Pro Local and Pro Cloud?
Pro Local (£9.99/year) adds unlimited inventories, tags, custom fields, photos, and item templates - everything stays on your phone. Pro Cloud (£4.99/month) includes all of that plus cloud sync, web access at app.additem.to, photo backup, up to 5 devices, and inventory sharing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes - 7 days free when you subscribe to Pro Cloud online at app.additem.to. No trial is available through the App Store in-app purchase. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
Does Pro Local include cloud sync?
No. Pro Local is local-only - your data stays on your device. Cloud sync, web access, and multi-device support require Pro Cloud.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data always stays on your phone. Cancelling Pro Cloud stops cloud sync and web access, but nothing is deleted. You keep every item, photo, and inventory you have added.
Can I use it on multiple iPhones?
Pro Cloud syncs across up to 5 devices. Free and Pro Local store data on each device independently - there is no sync between them.
How is Pro Cloud billed?
Pro Cloud is billed monthly at £4.99/month. Pro Local is billed annually at £9.99/year. Both can be purchased through the App Store or online at app.additem.to.
Which plan is right for me?
Start with Free - it covers unlimited items with no account needed. If you need multiple separate inventories or unlimited tags, try Pro Local. If you want your data on multiple devices or accessible from a browser, Pro Cloud is the one.
